  Open practice, no charge, everyone is welcome.

  Join T'ai Chi Chih practitioners at Halcyon Park, Berkeley, between Webster

and Prince Streets, one block west of Telegraph Ave, around the corner from

Whole Foods on the fourth Sunday of each month.  We meet at 11 am weather

permitting. Our group is growing and the Chi is flowing.  Let's fill our circle with

more of your presence in 2012.

  Workshops Hosted by Sandra McAlister, Teacher Trainer

  On the 4th Saturdays of February through April there will be workshops dedicated

   to the exploration of T’ai Chi Chih. Each workshop has its own focus and can be taken

   independent of any other. February through April is open to students and teachers. The
