The Northern California Teachers group have established a scholarship fund. 
 
***T'ai Chi Chih practice has proven to boost shingles immunity, and improve physical

functioning in older adults.  Co-authors of the study were Jennifer L. Pike and Jason C.

Cole of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and Department of Medicine at the David

Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and Dr. Michael N. Oxman of the University of

California at San Diego and the San Diego Veterans Affairs Healthcare System.

perfect for anyone wanting to know more about the T'ai Chi Chih form and the mental,

  World T'ai Chi & Qigong Day  On the last Saturday in April every year, World T'ai Chi

& Qigong Day is celebrated. This is an annual event that helps T'ai Chi and Qigong teachers

educate the world of the many benefits T'ai Chi and Qigong offer. The site provides the

general public with a wealth of free T'ai Chi and Qigong educational resources.
