The T'ai Chi Chih discipline is a series of gentle movements that stimulate, circulate and balance internal energy, called Chi. (Pronounced "Chee") Originated by Justin F. Stone in 1974, this non-martial and non-impact moving meditation is based on ancient Chinese principles of Qigong.
